Itinerary

Do you want to enjoy the bird songs, brook murmurs, and the trees rustling in the wind in a picturesque village? Simply embark on a Vietnam mountain bike tour of the Northeast with us, and we will explore the scenic roads of Mu Cang Chai or the terraced rice fields of Hoang Su phi together.

You can challenge yourself with winding roads in the mountainous areas of Ha Giang Loop. If the mountains are enough for you, we can descend to peaceful villages and misty valleys. The group will join festive activities with ethnic minorities and enjoy their traditional food.

Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival

We will pick you up as soon as you get off the plane at Noi Bai International Airport. Our guide will tell you the briefing itinerary and let you relax in a hotel.

The group will then visit the antique and dynamic city with cyclos. After sightseeing in the bustling streets in the Old Quarter, we will have a special welcoming dinner in a restaurant and stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Nghia Lo

The  Vietnam biking adventure team will have breakfast and head to our cycling point, Tan Son town. You can enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the Thao river for 2 hours by shuttle bus.

After lunch in a local restaurant, we will begin our cycling journey along the Red river bank and corn farms. After dinner, we stop at Nghia Lo, where you will start feeling the tranquillity of the  Vietnamese countryside at night.

Day 3: Nghia Lo – Tu Le – Mu Cang Chai

There is a morning time to wander around the local market where ethnic minorities gather to sell handicrafts. You can take some photos; then, the group will ascend to a beautiful valley and the fascinating Tu Le town for lunch.

After challenging Khau Pa steep pass, we will take a short refreshment. We roll down through villages with encaptivating terraced paddy fields and reach Mu Cang Chai Ecolodge.

Day 4: Mu Cang Chai – Than Uyen

How beautiful it is to wake up in the morning and enjoy the fragrance and music of nature. We will have time to go around and meet H’Mong farmers in terraced rice fields before cycling to Than Uyen. We will spend a night there.

Day 5: Than Uyen – Bao Ha

After a well-prepared breakfast, we will leave Than Uyen and head to Bao Ha town. The road was smooth and concrete.

However, as the journey continues, we will go through steep passes and winding routes with sharp turns. Worry not! There are supporting vehicles to assist you.

Ahead of the pass is a highway leading to Bao Ha town. Ensure you will get a great night here.
