Day 1: Hanoi to Halong Bay Bicycle Tour

Day 4: Phat Diem to Tam Coc to Cuc Phuong Biking Trip

On the fourth day, we will cycle to explore all highlights of natural heritage and landscape in this beautiful province before heading to Cuc Phuong Park. We start the schedule with Dinh and Le temple, which are of great contribution to fighting and building VietNam in the 9th century. 

Then, we wind through picturesque chains of limestone mountains highlighted with paddies and rural villages. After that, we should take a boat trip to discover Trang An Complex, a world’s natural heritage site. It can take you around two hours. 

After this cruise, take a rest to have lunch and continue riding along the bank of the Hoang Long river to hit Cuc Phuong Park and spend one night there.  

Day 5: Cuc Phuong to Mai Chau Cycle Tour

After breakfast, we head to the Cuc Phuong Park, where you will have a chance to explore the great biodiversity values of a national park and learn more about the Endangered Primates Rescued Center. 

Next, we are going to enter the Ho Chi Minh trail to the cycling point by shuttle, which can cost you roughly two hours. We will start riding from Cam Tu commune to Pu Luong Reserve by this time. 

When you cycle through the heart of this Nature Reserve, you will admire ascendingly peaceful hills, villages, and rice fields. Then, your legs will be free on the downward path while enjoying the pure atmosphere and outstanding scenic beauty before reaching the T-Junction of Co Luong.

Day 7: Exploring Hue City by Ride

We can arrive in the province at around midday. We will have a late breakfast at a hotel. And it’s time to cycle leisurely and explore the Hue Imperial City with ancient tomb architecture, which was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1993. 

This place keeps many original historical monuments and belongs to one of Vietnam’s core religious, educational, and cultural centers. 

In the late afternoon, we will ride back to the hotel and spend one night in the beautiful and poetic city. 

Day 8: Hue – Lang Co Beach – Danang – Hoi An Cycling Vietnam Beach

Start a new day with a cycling trip to Thanh Toan bridge with a unique architecture built in 1776 and savor the alluring charm of the imperial city and rural villages. Keep on going, and we reach Thuan An Beach, then pass the Tu Hien Lagoon and go downhill to T-Junction highway No1. Here, you can choose a local restaurant to take a load off your feet for lunchtime. 

In the second half of this day, we will conquer Hai Van Pass. Warming up the body, we commence ascending with a 13-km climb in total. You will feel absorbed by the breathtaking sea of clouds there, which is the picturesque panoramas on both sides of Da Nang City and Lang Co. 

When reaching the summit, rest for a while before going down the slope to Da Nang city. Once in this central city of Vietnam, you really don’t want to miss out on cycling along the beach with the sparkling sand to come to Hoi An town. You will hit the town in the late afternoon, then you will stay there for one night. 

Day 9: Hoi An Bike Tour

UNESCO recognized Hoi An as a World Heritage Site in 1999; it is often referred to as a cultural intersection and has kept such an ancient beauty for over 300 years. Our journey today will begin riding a single road, a paved track through canals, water-coconut palm trees, and tranquil villages to reach the ancient town. 

Remember to catch remarkable photos of Communal houses or the Japanese bridge. Then, we can ride to Tra Que herb village, Thuy Linh lamp-shades workshops, and Thanh Ha ceramic villages. 

Now will be the right time to go back to Hoi An for lunch. Following the break, we head to Cua Dai beach to behold the wonderful sea air here. 

Day 10: Hoi An – My Lai Massacre – Quang Ngai Cycling Trip

Take a cruise on the Thu Bon River to Duy Nghia. From here, we will ride along the beach to reach Tam Ky. You would like to paddle slowly to enjoy the lovely view. 

We will have lunch en-route. Then, we are going to keep riding and taking the boat trip to hit Dung Quat, Chu Lai. After that, please turn to the tarmac pavement to the My Lai Massacre and watch the short film about the historical monument of My Lai Memorial. 

Day 11: Quang Ngai – Sa Huynh – Quy Nhon Cycle Trip

After breakfast in the hotel, we will pedal to Sa Huynh on the tarmac road. When reaching the cycling point, we start riding along the beach and witness picturesque views with the stunning hillside, fishing farms, and imposing villages. 

We will stop and have lunch en route. Then, we should continue to ride on the road leading to Quy Nhon. As scheduled, you can arrive in the city in the late afternoon. This evening is the time for you to explore this city. 

Day 12, 13: Quy Nhon to Tuy Hoa And Nha Trang Bicycle Tours

Follow the National Mainroad No1D, then turn left to ride on an undulated road along the coast. The pristine and emerald green water is the highlight that attracts you a lot. After that, you turn left into Xuan Hoa on highway N 0, passing over the wood bridge leading to highway Xuan Canh, Song Cau County town. We will have a lunch break en route before departing to Ghenh Da Dia when snaking along the coast to Tuy Hoa City. We will spend one night in the city. 

On the next morning, you can conquer a couple of passes before heading to Vung Ro Bay. Then, follow Highway N01 to hit Dai Lanh Beach. We will stop by the beach to have a break. After this meal, we are going to keep following the coast to reach Nha Trang city. Stay one night in the city. 

Day 14, 15: Nha Trang – Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh Biking Trip

Almost reaching a final approach of cycling in Vietnam, we will challenge ourselves by climbing up to Da Lat. We are going to choose the road which is upgraded in a westerly direction of the city to Khanh Vinh. This biking route will last roughly 30 km before entering the mountain biking path. 

The pavement is an incredibly narrow road through the pine forest to the plateau. We will then ride for 50 km to reach Hon Giao and another 50 km to encounter Da Lat. Let’s have a night in the romantic town, which has verdant vegetable and flower farms, seductive lakes, and unique hill-tribal villages. 

We will start the final day of this biking Vietnam beach journey by riding around Xuan Huong Lake. Next, we must gather together at Madagui to catch the marvelous view before departing for Ho Chi Minh city.
